- Cairo & Giza: 85 EGP, 1–2 days
- Same day in Cairo & Giza: 150 EGP when you order before 1 PM (not Fridays or public holidays)
- Alexandria & Beheira: 95 EGP, 2–3 days
- Delta & Canal cities: 100 EGP, 2–3 days
- Asyut, Beni Suef, Faiyum, Minya & Sohag: 105 EGP, 3–5 days
- Aswan, Luxor, Qena, Red Sea & Matrouh: 125 EGP, 3–5 days
- Sinai & New Valley: 160 EGP, 4–7 days

Can I return a piece?
Yes. Return or exchange any unused piece in its original packaging within 14 days of delivery.
If a piece arrives damaged or wrong, send us a photo within 48 hours and we'll replace it.
Return delivery is on you unless the piece was faulty. Engraved pieces can't be returned unless they arrive damaged.
Can you engrave a name or logo?
Yes, on most wooden pieces. Message us with the piece and the name, date or logo you want.
We send you the design to approve, and start once you approve it and pay a deposit. Engraved pieces are made just for you, so they can't be returned unless they arrive damaged.
