Returns & Exchanges

Return Period: You may return or exchange your item within 14 days of delivery.

Item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Customized or engraved items are non-returnable unless they arrived damaged or defective.

Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.

Refunds: Processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
 
Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please email us at info@jozour.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the product. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
