Shipping

  • Processing Time: Orders are prepared and shipped within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Delivery Time:

    • Egypt: 2–5 business days depending on location.

    • International: 7–14 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance.

  • Shipping Fees: Calculated at checkout based on delivery address.

  • Tracking: You will receive a tracking link via email once your order is shipped.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Jozour piece. If you’re not fully satisfied, we’re here to help.

  • Return Period: You may return or exchange your item within 14 days of delivery.

  • Conditions:

    • Item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

    • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

    • Customized or engraved items are non-returnable unless they arrived damaged or defective.

  • Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.

  • Refunds: Processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please email us at info@jozour.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the product. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
