Shipping

Processing Time: Orders are prepared and shipped within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Delivery Time:

Egypt: 2–5 business days depending on location.

International: 7–14 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance.

Shipping Fees: Calculated at checkout based on delivery address.

Tracking: You will receive a tracking link via email once your order is shipped.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Jozour piece. If you’re not fully satisfied, we’re here to help.

Return Period: You may return or exchange your item within 14 days of delivery.

Conditions:

Item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Customized or engraved items are non-returnable unless they arrived damaged or defective.

Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.

Refunds: Processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please email us at info@jozour.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the product. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
